What Concierge Offers

Our Concierge service is designed for clients seeking the highest level of personalised travel planning, flexibility, and ongoing support throughout their journey.

Alongside everything included within Tailored, Concierge clients enjoy a highly personalised planning process, working closely with H&L Travel Co. to shape every element of your journey before travel arrangements are confirmed.

Concierge also includes a dedicated messaging service once your preliminary itinerary has been sent, support throughout both the planning process and your travels, multi-destination journey management, priority itinerary refinements, and elevated concierge-style assistance from beginning to end.

Designed using over 10 years of travel experience and backgrounds within both commercial aviation and VVIP travel, Concierge offers our most elevated and personalised planning experience available.

  • Each Concierge journey includes:

    • Up to three complimentary destinations within one itinerary

    • Up to five complimentary itinerary refinements

    • A personalised post-travel gift along with a post-travel follow-up via email or scheduled call

    • Priority support before and during travel

    • Dedicated messaging service on our Travel App once your itinerary is live.

    • Pre-travel consultation call to discuss your journey requirements.

    • Complete booking and management of accommodation, curated experiences, private transfers

    • Personalised digital itinerary accessible via our travel app , we can also offer a PDF Copy or printed final edition.

  • Every Concierge journey is individually priced based on your travel requirements, destination, accommodation preferences, experiences, private transfers, and the level of support required.

    Following your initial enquiry and consultation, we'll prepare a journey proposal and quotation tailored to your travel requirements.

    Once your proposal has been approved, we'll begin coordinating and confirming your accommodation, experiences, private transfers, and other travel arrangements with our trusted travel partners.

    Please note that whilst itinerary refinements are included within your chosen service, any increase in accommodation, experiences, transfers, or other travel costs resulting from requested changes will be reflected in the final journey cost.

    Due to the highly personalised nature of our Concierge service, availability is intentionally limited throughout the year.

    Deposits & Payments

    To commence planning and booking your journey, an initial deposit will be required. The total deposit amount will vary depending on your itinerary and will include the applicable H&L Travel Co. service charge together with any supplier deposits required to secure your accommodation, experiences, private transfers, and other travel arrangements.

    Following approval of your personalised journey proposal, we'll confirm your initial deposit amount before proceeding with any bookings.

    The remaining balance for your journey will be due six weeks prior to departure, unless earlier payment is required by individual suppliers or seasonal booking conditions.

    Once all outstanding balances have been received, your completed itinerary, booking confirmations, personalised travel documentation, and access to your digital itinerary will be released ahead of your departure.

After submitting your journey enquiry, we’ll be in touch to begin discussing your travel plans, ideas, and the type of experience you’re looking to create

Consultation & Collaboration

Once we’ve gained an initial understanding of your travel requirements, we’ll provide a tailored trip estimate based on your journey expectations and overall vision.

Following confirmation and deposit payment, we’ll arrange an up to 60-minute consultation designed to explore every aspect of your trip in detail — from destinations and accommodation preferences to experiences, celebrations, and personal travel style.

Curating Your Journey

No two Concierge journeys are ever the same. Whether planning a honeymoon, anniversary celebration, milestone escape, or once-in-a-lifetime adventure, every itinerary is thoughtfully curated as a completely individual experience.

Following your consultation, we’ll begin carefully designing your personalised journey before sharing a preliminary itinerary for review, including five complimentary itinerary refinements as part of the planning process.

Experience Your Journey

Once your itinerary has been finalised, everything will be seamlessly organised into one complete digital travel experience, including your confirmed bookings, travel details, and curated recommendations.

Throughout your travels, you’ll also have access to a dedicated messaging service. Concierge support for assistance, guidance, and support while you are away — allowing you to simply relax and enjoy the journey.
