H&L Travel Co — Refund Policy

Planning deposits and planning fees are non-refundable once itinerary design or planning work has commenced.
Refund eligibility for hotels, experiences, transfers, and travel services arranged through H&L Travel Co will always depend on the cancellation policies of the individual supplier.
Where refunds are approved by suppliers, processing times may vary.
H&L Travel Co reserves the right to deduct:
Non-refundable supplier costs
Administrative charges
Payment processing fees
Planning time already completed
If any experience, excursion, or service is unsatisfactory during travel, clients must notify H&L Travel Co within 24 hours so we can attempt to work with the supplier to obtain a resolution, compensation, or partial refund where possible.
Refunds cannot be guaranteed and remain subject to supplier approval.
