Our Essentials package is designed for travellers seeking expert guidance and a professionally organised itinerary without full concierge-style support.

Each journey includes a personalised digital itinerary, accessible through our dedicated travel app, tailored to your destination, travel style, and individual requirements.

For added flexibility, your completed itinerary can also be provided as a PDF document, allowing you to save, share, or print a physical copy before you travel should you prefer.

Whether you're looking for destination recommendations and inspiration, or already have specific hotels, experiences, and activities in mind, we'll carefully organise your plans into a seamless day-by-day itinerary designed to help you make the most of your time away.

Your itinerary can include carefully selected hotel recommendations, curated experiences, transfer guidance, restaurant suggestions, and dedicated email support throughout the planning process.

    Planning Only

    To begin the itinerary design process, a 50% non-refundable planning deposit is required upfront.

    The remaining balance is due prior to the release of your preliminary itinerary and personalised travel plan.

    One complimentary itinerary revision is included within the Essentials planning service.

    Additional revisions or significant itinerary changes may incur additional planning charges.
