Our Signature Escapes are carefully curated itineraries inspired by trips we have personally experienced ourselves. Bespoke Journeys are completely tailored travel experiences designed around your destination preferences, travel style, and budget.

Flights are not included within our travel packages, however we can provide guidance through our trusted affiliated flight partners, and flight details can be seamlessly added into your personalised itinerary once booked.

Absolutely. Additional destinations and stopovers can be seamlessly added to create multi-centre journeys tailored entirely to you. Additional destination planning fees may apply depending on itinerary complexity.

Our Tailored service includes email support and Concierge includes dedicated messaging services, once your itinerary is live in the app for support throughout your journey.

While our Signature Escapes focus on destinations we know and personally love, our Bespoke Journeys service allows us to curate travel experiences across a much wider range of destinations worldwide.

We also plan to continue expanding our Signature Escape collection over time, however we believe in only offering fixed escapes to destinations we have personally experienced and can confidently recommend to our clients.

Each new escape takes time to carefully research, refine, and curate to the standards we expect from H&L Travel Co. with new destinations that we have previously done already being developed behind the scenes.

Yes — while our Signature Escapes are currently designed and priced based on two adults sharing one room, we may be able to tailor certain itineraries to include children depending on the destination, hotel availability, and experiences included within the trip.

As family requirements can vary significantly, pricing would be recalculated based on room configurations, ages of children, transfers, and any additional experiences required.

Absolutely. Some clients come to us with a destination, hotel, or activity already chosen. We can incorporate your existing plans into a professionally organised itinerary and help bring everything together.

Your completed itinerary will be provided through our dedicated travel app, allowing easy access before and during your trip. If preferred, we can also provide a PDF version which can be saved, shared, or printed.
